Me, as a Nigerian understands what has happend in this video.
The reason for this act was not Homosexuality.
The poor boy was cought when wanted to steal something...
In the video, you can hear the people saying " You no fit work".
That is Pidgeon- English, a language that is spoken there(Nigeria).
"You no fit work" means "Cant you look for a job?"
But not only that, they are calling him "Ole" also, and "Ole" means "thief".
So, it was not because he is a gay, but because he wanted to steal.
